Drive thru line along with the sit down area was packed. It usually is with a good amount of people. The drive thru service went pretty fast. All the items ordered were correct and hand packaged good for the drive home. Which is great if you are someone like me who orders 7 Raspas 2 Elotes & a agua de Melón.Parking: There is a good size lot for people looking to sit and enjoy their snow cones & more. The drive thru service line is noticable long & wide enough for a few wait line vehicles.Kid-friendliness: They serve plenty of kid friendly flavor snow cones & more. The outside sitting area is big enough for children to wait & run a bit without having to worry if they ran off too far.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a long and very noticeable ramp right on the front side of the outside sitting area. All the seating is wood bench or high top counters. The wood picnic benches make it easy for any wheelchair to access ♿

I wouldn't recommend the place for service. Drinks are good. But let me tell you something that, felt it was needed to be left for review because it didn't sit right with me at all. So I had this lady take my order, she took my order and got my drinks and she forgot my frito pie that I asked for too, so she went to go make it and ask with jalapeños? I said no, no jalapeños she comes back with a hot Cheetos pie & I told her I order a frito pie & no jalapeño because I didn't want nothing spicy for my kid & she gets frustrated trying to say I said Cheeto pie & well so now she has an attitude because she has to do it again, & I totally get it they was busy.. but for her to tell me I said something else than what I said, piss me off because shes acting like it's my fault or I'm trying to make her do all this extra stuff when I just wanted my order right. And then when she gave me the total I gave her the amount and got my change but no receipt but I only ask for receipt because I was going to give it to my friend that paid. Like I don't know if she had a bad day or some but for them to say no you order this than what you actually did order, was rude. In other words if it was other people that don't take that slightly, I think they would've told her off. I did this review as soon as possible so she knows her attitude is ugly & she knows which customer it was specifically.

If I could give Zero ⭐, I so would! I urgently needed to use a restroom (on Monday of this week) bc I drink a lot of water and it was so Hot?, so I decided to stop by here. I was going to order a bunch of stuff after using their ?. When I approached the ordering windows the lady told me, "No, our restrooms are out of order!!" I thought, "that is such BALLSHET!!! BC, HOW AND HOW THE HOLL DO ALL THOSE WOMEN THAT WORK THERE GO TO THE RESTROOM?!?!". DO THEY GO IN BUCKETS IN THE KITCHEN WHEN THEY HAVE TO GO??? I left and ordered Nothing bc I could not believe that they are so rude here! Then I went to a Mexican restaurant and spent around $40, and they had No issue with me using their restroom
