Their banh mi is good but their milk tea is not good. If you’re looking for a strong tea taste this is not the place. I feel like the owner of this place not asian. If you’re asian and picky about your milk tea..avoid this place.

Cute little shop with lots of knick knacks to buy. They have snacks and desserts at the counter, too. Got avocado smash 👍 The girl at the counter was sweet and accommodating (she made my friend a honeydew smoothie even though it isn’t a listed menu option)

Cute little Tapioca spot! The tea was good, they did make it too sweet the first time so we asked if they could fix it and they gladly did. Plenty of seating inside and clean, they have games to play as well.
