This is by far my favorite Boba tea house! Thetr tapioca are the perfect texture and they are one of the only tea houses near me that sell earl grey cream tea. My husband, daughters, and I love this store. I highly recommend it!

Bad experience!! I went the first time and they didn't have tapioca, ok, the following week I returned, it was 6:50 PM, and the employee tells me, you have one minute to order,, and then the attitude, better I said, thank you!!!

They advertise bubble waffles, so we came all the way to this place, 18 mins ou of the way, so we could get Boba & waffles. We placed our orders only to be told it takes 20 mins to make EACH bubble waffle. We were going to order 3, since there were 3 people with us. So instead, we ordered only one- mango madness waffle. It is a waffle on the menu, even has a picture. Turns out, they don't even have the ingredients to make it, so we had to order a diff type of waffle. Such a disappointment. The tea was good, but not worth coming so far only for boba. If you're looking for yummy bubble waffles and boba, Happy Lemon, so far, has been the best. Their waffles are amazing.
Really clean facility and SUPER nice employees, and REALLY delicious drinks. Not only do the drinks look GREAT, but they taste even BETTER. Highly recommend this place.
Parking: Plenty of parking spots right in front of the building. A good amount of space per spot.

Too good to go order. One of the cup was not full and they added tapioca pearls which harden in the frozen drink.

Large menu with lot of drink options from tea, to smoothie/ slushie, coffee, and juice. They also have savory finger foods here too which was cool. Ordered the strawberry milk tea and the Honeydew milk tea. Both teas were good tasting for bobas. Sadly, I wasn't impressed by this place especially after realizing they charge a service fee when buying with a credit card, which is a bummer because I almost exclusively buy with a credit card. However they do have a sign letting the consumer know they charge a fee if using a credit card, just unfortunately I wasn't aware of that until after I paid.
