They are always out of tapioca! I’ve been here multiple times and this has happened. Usually I’ll just leave and won’t order anything when that happens but this time they took my order and I paid before they told me they were out. You should have enough of the most popular topping. Disappointed in the service here, I won’t be coming back.

Over 2 years, I visited them when I was in the area. The beautiful pictures and the reviews were the reason I'd stopped by. Everyone has different taste buds.Not a fan of the fried tofu fish bites but seemed to be fried well. Not a bad flavor but it's the texture I'm not used to.I used to get the teas for energy but I was noticing a difference the strength wasn't the same compared to other locationsI always order no ice with my drinks anywhere I go. I like the pure strong taste. The cream teas and teas were watered down. This time I complained and the guy was very nice to remake a different flavor but I still noticed the diluted taste, took the drink, said thanks and left.I stumbled on a place called "SHARE TEA"on Tomball Parkway right after I left NTM.Their drinks were so awesome and they were not stingy with anything. You can taste every single flavor. The sweetness was just right

The people here are super sweet. But this is definitely an amazing tea shop. You can adjust your sweetness level. And the food is amazing I never heard of a bubble waffle but now I want another!!

Every time we go thr staff is friendly and helpful. The drinks are yummy and the bubble waffles are delicious ? I love and recommend their taro tea, tapioca, and Vietnamese coffee too! There are games if you plan to sit inside as well!

I found this place by accident and boy am I glad I did. I had never had a milk tea before and the staff was super helpful in me figuring out what I wanted. They have a wide selection and you are able to customize your tea to your liking.

My daughter likes their boba tea. She said the brown sugar boba tea was way too sweet (and she loves sugar), but the tai tea w/boba was really good. It was big, w/good ice to tea ratio. Prices are normal (all boba teas in the area are seemingly high for my liking), but what stands out here is how pleasant n nice every employee I've dealt with are. That's a big deal in Cypress.

Such a good boba place! Every employee is super nice, and everything that has been recommended to me by them have been phenomenal. The atmosphere is super chill, I can see myself sitting down and studying while sipping on some delicious tea! I would definitely recommend trying the Earl Grey Cream Tea, the flavors are super interesting and complex and I absolutely love it. I’m always craving the tea here, and definitely recommend trying it out!

Super fun place to take your kid if they’re obsessed with tapioca and anime! Lol they have lots of games you can play. My son really like the mango popping boba ball things and likes to add lychee to everything. All of the drinks we’ve had so far are great though and different sugar options if you’re trying to stay healthy!!
