The service is very fast and efficient. The food is very good. The menudo is traditional from Jalisco. The only problem is the bathrooms. I been a customer for 2 years and the bathrooms are always dirty and without toilet paper. They should also install dividers between the urinals. It is not very pleasant to wash your hands. I also don't think it would be difficult to erase or paint over an obscene sign that is 2 years old or more. But everything else is very good.

Hidden gem, come by after school or work for good eats and tasty margaritas, you won't regret it. Saw their breakfast selection on the menu and I'm looking forward to trying it.

Every year we head to Houston for an event. And it IS A MUST to come to Taqueria De Jalisco. We will not come without stopping in here for at least one meal. A must!!!

If I could give a zero that's what I'd give.. this place has gone so so down hill. The meat (Fajita) was old, the soup hardly had beef and no carrots. And don't ask for a to go cup $1.25 and that's after they charge you 4 something for the tea. 2 plates 1 extra enchilada, 1 beer and 3 teas $65.00.... Don't do it Don't do it......

The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, which added a welcoming touch. I ordered barbacoa, but the server informed me that it's only available on weekends, something that wasn’t mentioned on the menu as a limited-time offering. I opted for the pastor instead, which was grilled, though I was expecting the traditional trompo style. Overall, it was a good meal and a pleasant experience, but the food didn’t stand out in a way that would leave me craving to return for more. Still, the staff's great service made the visit worthwhile.
