On several occasions I have purchased from this food truck and I liked the taste of the suadero. They serve you the tacos accompanied by cilantro onion, grilled onion with jalapeño, lemon and sauces. This was an actual hidden gem. Wasn’t on google a year ago but my family has known about them for 5 years.Try their Tripa tacos. They are unmatched. Cabeza, suadero, Campechana are some favorites too.Don’t forget to get a Mexican coca-cola botella, with your tacos. Or aguas frescas
