What an awful staff! We come here, OFTEN, to all locations and this was the first bad experience ever. This was the 1st and only time that Steve the manager was not here, go figure.
The bartender/bar waitress “Courtney” (5’11, white woman, dark hair) SO disrespectful and so was the assistant manager (tall, red head?, white woman, bangs) The assistant manager came over with no knowledge of the incident and immediately came at me.
It is very clear that both of them are hostile and racist. The experience was so uncomfortable and as of now, I will never go back. I’ve sent all details to the manager of the restaurant so we will see how he responds.
I will also use every power and might I have to contact corporate and report as far up as I can. I’m so embarrassed and utterly disgusted at this experience.
Their bias and prejudice needs to be checked and I will make sure that it’s done. People don’t know who they’re interacting with daily so it’s important to be kind and respectful to everyone. This will be a lesson
