Sharing this for probably a good change. The Birria caldo, greasy! You could barely taste the caldo because you’re tasting the grasa. Not really good. The tacos, if the tortilla was not soggy it would be good for sure. Not as great as expected as the soup and the tacos have to combine. This did not. Also! Price is beyond the flavor of the food. SAD AND DISAPPOINTING: 1⭐️.

Good food. Food was done very quickly, for a quick bite I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Authentic street tacos. They only accept venmo and other peer-to-peer payment (or cash), so just be aware of that, that's my only issue but that's just something minor.

Quality went down big time.

The quality went down a lot.

Presentation is key. We really liked the way each plate was presented to us. Sealed, lime, salsa, grilled onions on the side. The food looked clean, tasted fresh, was not covered in oil.
A little bit pricier than your typical food truck but you get what you paid for. I’d much rather spend a few extra bucks and have my food served like this.

And my husband says the inside of the food truck looked clean. They were even wearing gloves.

Can’t wait to eat there again!

Since when does the quesadilla have onions? It was my first time and I couldn't eat anything because they added more onion than meat in the quesadilla I ordered.... This is for the head of the business, the onion is added to taste and when they ask for it, I speak for people who don't eat onions.... Just because of that mistake I will never again try places I don't know.... ?
