One of the big items at this taco stand for me is the tacos the tripa. I ask for my tripa a bit more crispy. Delicious! Food trucks around the area want to almost charge restaurant prices nowadays. Not tacos el Paisa! They have gone up a dollar in over a decade. The food is still great and the service has gotten only better. I got a burrito down the street the other night and it was smaller and double the price. Ridiculous! No need to go further this is the spot!

When I'm craving for small tacos like the ones I've had in the streets of Mexico, this place is my go to for it. You do have to ask for the small corn tacos so fyi. I'm a fan of their Pastor but will get beef to mix it up. My take out always come up with a side of grilled onions, red and green salsa. This place is right by my house so location itself is 5 stars! I'm here like every two weeks so plan to keep on coming back.
