Charged me for every extra items I wanted on my tacos and didn’t even added !!! Called them for a refund and they want me to take my food back within 24hrs !! Like wtf I’m not going to eat my food cold !

The food there is great. I love their food. I like going there everytime i get the change. It is very crowded by stuff because the dinning area is a very small space that five people standing would feel uncomfortable but the food makes it up for me !!

I just finished eating here I got three tacos, a Cuban taco, tripas and lengua.
My Cuban taco had a rock in it and when I told the manager she said there's no way that could have happened, I wasn't trying to avoid paying I was just letting her know but her attitude was really disappointing, like making it seemed like I was lying.
Very upsetting this type of service.

Went 3 times (drive thru) to order 3 different dishes , today (Dec 29 2021) I ordered the milanesa and it was NASTY (burned and the meat was hard as rubber,I took a little bite (hard asf and no flavor ) and also it was a very thin small piece of hard meat) , I took it back for refund and she offered an entry exchange so I picked a chile relleno , but I left before getting it because I heard you NEVER return a plate back to the cook because you didn't like it ,because if yo
