Loved the food. The service was outstanding. Carolina made everything fresh. She grilled my veggies while I watched. The tortillas were homemade, and the street tacos excellent. The burrito was well constructed and grilled. If you are sick of truck stop fast food, Taqueria El Vale is an easy walk from Loves or Pilot. So worth it.

Ordered one quesadilla.10 minutes in waiting time.I'm already thinking ? it really shouldn't take that long for a quesadilla.As I'm trying to be patient in this 109 degree weather .A guy walks up, as she handing out my beverage and take his order.Shuts windows..10 more minutes passed so I decided to ring the bell.Has my food set to the side while she's cooked and prepared his food also.If I wasn't hungry, I should have just left that plate there and just paid for my beverage.

I waited for over an hour but they didn’t show up….Tried again next day but they were still not there, so I never got to experience their food. Their hours are not posted correctly.

Amazing food, very large portion, and the lady preparing it was very lively, high spirited, and very pleasant to be around. I recommend ?. Go check it out for yourself, you will be glad you did. It's within close walking distance from the truck stop. Only about 100 yards.
