This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, they didn’t even have water. Seriously? No water at a restaurant — how does that even happen? Then we tried to order a chorizo quesadilla, which was clearly listed on the menu, and they told us they didn’t have it. What’s the point of a menu if half the items aren’t available? The place felt completely unprepared and unprofessional. We walked in hungry and left annoyed. Never going back, and I don’t recommend it to anyone. The server lied to us from beginning to end

Elysa Taqueria was honestly terrible. First, they lied and told us they had no water left, which made no sense. When we asked to try a flavored drink instead, we were told we couldn’t try any—even though we were clearly willing to buy something.
Then we tried ordering a kids meal, and were told they didn’t have the type of meat listed—fine, things happen—but the way the staff handled it was the worst part. They gave us attitude the entire time, like we were bothering them just by ordering. No apology, no solution, just a rude tone the whole time.
At that point we’d had enough. We paid for overpriced drinks we didn’t even want, and walked out. Definitely won’t be back. Poor service, bad attitude, and a total waste of time.

My uncle who comes here religiously showed me this place. Nice little hole in the wall restaurant. Sopes were huge and flavorful. What I stood out to me of this restaurant was the adorable owl decore all around.

Menudo was above average. Prices were not too bad. The tortillas were interesting: flour tortillas are made with some corn. Was borderline hot (77-78ish) inside during the summer. Wait staff was very attentive. Quesadillas are tasty

I visited this place because it seemed like it had more than 4 stars, but the truth is that it left me with the desire to taste something delicious. I ordered some steak tacos and the meat seemed very dry and somewhat seasoned when I was expecting just the almost natural meat, that's what Admittedly, the size of the tacos is large and the best is a freshly made corn tortilla, which I admit is very delicious. I could say that that was what saved the meal.I visited this place because it seemed like it had more than 4 stars, but the truth is that it left me with the desire to taste something delicious.
