Great Pollo tacos

Great tacos I had the Pollo with the red sauce

The lady had an attitude from the start then she got my order wrong, she gave me all the tacos the same when I asked for 10 of one kind and 11 different meat, then she finished preparing my order but didn't hand it over, she put it to the side and continued preparing other people orders making me wait longer, I tried calling her and she just ignored me, didn't ask what kind of salsa I prefer just gave me the green one.

The service is horrible they ignored you the whole time n' they always take forever to get the order ready

I'm gonna give this place a break , this was a favorite spot to get tacos and the hot cheetos corn ,but today they drop the ball ,I ordered a champurrado ,it was cold . Mind you I ordered it because of the weather ,not it . Also bring cash when you come here I got charged 3 dollars for paying with my card ,and it doesn't reflect on your receipt they just charge it . Not a good transaction with these place ,literally ordered 5 items and they forget one . My fault for not checking,but do your job ladies .I live too far to come back for a taco . I will not be coming back ,I work hard for my money to be giving it away.Accuracy in these business it's important . I like to get what I paid for .

Although there were no visible patrons in line, it took her a while to come to the window. As I was placing my order she continued to yell ‘what’ as if she couldn’t hear well. I only had a large bill and she didn’t have any change. I opted to go elsewhere. Service was rude and un inviting. I would frequent there often but I suppose management or ownership has changed.

I had already ordered before and they had never given me my incorrect order. I ordered two gorditas and two drinks and a quesadilla. They gave me something that had nothing to do with what I paid. They should do their job better and pay attention to what they do.

The ladies running the food truck are extremely rude and dismissive. They are very obviously racist and give every white person a hard time ordering even if they use the QR code and order online to avoid language barriers. It doesn’t matter, they mess up my order every time I go now, and I have been patient and kind and I always tip, doesn’t matter! Terrible service. Great food if you even get what you asked and paid for! A shame.

The food is great if you can get what you actually ordered. They butcher my orders often, I come here all the time. They also give you hell like it’s your fault the order is messed up, which is crazy cause my receipt is 100% correct they just won’t take the time to make the order right. They are not accommodating whatsoever. You can expect to waste a lot of money at this place. They take your receipt from you and gaslight you on what you even purchased.
