I’m from Texas but live in Colorado where we don’t have decent Mexican food. I was so happy to find this little food truck. It was hopping with customers and the food was delicious.I had some barbacoa tacos, chicken flautas, and chorizo potato breakfast tacos. Wow. This was so delicious. I’d like to hitch up the food truck and bring it to Colorado.The flautus specifically was my favorite. The rice and beans were delicious.
Mexican food with gusto and flair.I ordered a very specific, customized meal. The chef cooked it exactly as I requested and then improved it.She was excellent.I am coming back

I’m always looking for amazing Mexican food, and I rarely find it. I’ve been to this truck a few times now and I can safely say that everything I’ve had has been top tier eatin’! The owners make you feel welcome and wanted. I don’t know what else you’d want.
