Thank god this suburban corner of Houston has a truck like this. I was about to lose my mind trying to find good, fresh, and tasty tacos that weren't a rip off until one day I saw the truck. The lady who works there is awesome, remembers you, and serves you up some great tacos. If I go there at lunch, the guys are always pulling up with their blue collar gear in the parking lot, which is always a good sign. Thankfully this place has a google page, so you can ORDER AHEAD OF TIME, just pick up your tacos or what you like when you get there. I like this place a lot. Hope she doesn't move the truck! I had a four year stretch where I ate at hundreds of taco trucks in our city of Houston. No Rosy, isn't the best of the best, but it's way, way up there, and in my opinion deserves 5 stars. They are damn good, and CONSISTENT. I've been here 5 or 6 times, and get exactly what I want every time. If you like tripe (my personal favorite), theirs is fresh. Great stop. Go for it.
