I love this place! It’s amazing. My only problem is when they switch up the corn tortillas. It literally makes me wanna cry because I could’ve ordered something else. Other than that one of the best taco trucks on this side of town!!!

The staff was amazing and kind and looked like they actually enjoyed being there and the food was so gooooood and very nice pricing, they had plenty of outdoor seating for everybody ! def gotta go again, not sure what the green sauce in the bag is but it makes it amazing, top tier

Foods good, pretty pricey but the biggest problem here is that when you want to grab something late at night they almost NEVER pick up the phone, like 2AM-4AM I’m not trying to wait outside the whole time, please pick up the phone more often, you lose a lot of service because of that.

People that work here never listen, you tell them chicken tacos and they give fajita or vice versa, you say corn tortillas and they give flour, pathetic.

I thought the food was great. I had a burrito and a torta. The service was great and they offered me a water because it was sunny and very hot out. I saw that they have more hard-to-find items like tripa and lengua. Menudo on the weekends. They also had a wide variety of flavors for their drinks: cantaloupe, mango, etc. This place is authentic. I'll be back to try different things. I'm very happy with Taqueria Ruby and glad to have found it.
