People that work here never listen, you tell them chicken tacos and they give fajita or vice versa, you say corn tortillas and they give flour, pathetic.

I thought the food was great. I had a burrito and a torta. The service was great and they offered me a water because it was sunny and very hot out. I saw that they have more hard-to-find items like tripa and lengua. Menudo on the weekends. They also had a wide variety of flavors for their drinks: cantaloupe, mango, etc. This place is authentic. I'll be back to try different things. I'm very happy with Taqueria Ruby and glad to have found it.

You and another lady made my tacos the other night and yall were so kind. I have passed by your truck 1 million times and something told me to stop this time. I am so glad I did. “Even though your tacos are a bit more expensive than the ones on Highway 6, I’d gladly pay the extra dollar any day. They were fresh, savory, and absolutely delicious. Most importantly—my stomach was perfectly fine the next day! And my super picky kids loved them! That says a lot. You made my tacos the other night and were so kind. I want to run another truck for you in a different area. Let me know. I’m even willing to make minimal money just to help get your product out there. It’s the least you deserve . I am an elementary teacher and I’m looking to do something just for the summer and then we can find somebody else to run the location during the school year and then I pick back up in the summer. I will come by tomorrow to order more tacos and see if you’re interested in doing business. Even if you’re not interested, thank you for taking pride in running your business the right way—by making delicious food, treating customers with kindness, and taking the time to make sure everything is done well. That kind of service really stands out and means a lot. It is not much to look at when you are Driving by….. But the hole in the walls be the best food… Trust and believe!! And they weren’t stingy with their sauces, which is a plus in my book!!!!! I cut potato and eggs those were bussin! Who knew something so simple could be delicious! I got ham and egg. I did not like those, but the kids loved them.!!! So that is a win in my book!!! The sausage and egg was good however I added a little hot sauce to it and onions, and it put it on another level! And we all know we can’t go wrong with bacon and eggs! All the tacos were delicious!!

The best tacos in Houston. Iv been coming to this truck for over 10 years and they never disappoint. Their fruit drinks are amazing as well as their food. I have never introduced someone to this taco truck and they not be immediately hooked. Fast, delicious, and extremely friendly staff.

What!!! A random corner taco stop. The food was really good. Don’t be weird about the way it looks from the side of the road. Definitely give it a try. We tried every taco and were very happy with the flavors. Going to return this weekend and try breakfast. They are open 24 hours and the dime bag green sauce is fire. Staff was super nice. Support local, this place is great.
