I thought the food was great. I had a burrito and a torta. The service was great and they offered me a water because it was sunny and very hot out. I saw that they have more hard-to-find items like tripa and lengua. Menudo on the weekends. They also had a wide variety of flavors for their drinks: cantaloupe, mango, etc. This place is authentic. I'll be back to try different things. I'm very happy with Taqueria Ruby and glad to have found it.
You and another lady made my tacos the other night and yall were so kind. I have passed by your truck 1 million times and something told me to stop this time. The best tacos in Houston. Iv been coming to this truck for over 10 years and they never disappoint. Their fruit drinks are amazing as well as their food. I have never introduced someone to this taco truck and they not be immediately hooked. Fast, delicious, and extremely friendly staff.
