TAQURIA RUBY IS BACK! After 2 years they are back at the same spot!Still the same 24/7 hours of operation and the food still tastes the same as before.Came on a Wednesday night around 9pm which was empty, but I'm pretty sure it's because there's no signage by the street.But the last update was 2 years ago, so decided to update everyone!

A little dirty but arent all taco trucks? Seriously some of the best food i’ve had. Open 24 hours so when you’re up at 3 am and need something, they are on it. The elote is creamy and delicious, anything with steak is so flavorful, and their frescas are so sweet and yum. Both locations are equal in quality.

Definitely not worth $4 dollars like I would have paid 2 dollars at most for this. The place looks like a dumpster. Parking lot full of Mosquitos be prepared to be eaten up when visiting here. And they take forever. Also I wonder how they wash their hands IF THEY DO, because they don’t have any water in the food truck. Ew lost my appetite. 0 stars.
