TAQURIA RUBY IS BACK! After 2 years they are back at the same spot!Still the same 24/7 hours of operation and the food still tastes the same as before.Came on a Wednesday night around 9pm which was empty, but I'm pretty sure it's because there's no signage by the street.But the last update was 2 years ago, so decided to update everyone!
A little dirty but arent all taco trucks? Seriously some of the best food i’ve had. Open 24 hours so when you’re up at 3 am and need something, they are on it. The elote is creamy and delicious, anything with steak is so flavorful, and their frescas are so sweet and yum. Both locations are equal in quality.
Always delicious, any time of the day (open 24 hours). If you like it hot, go for their habanero hot sauce, make sure you have some water! The pastor and beef tacos are my favorite.
