I have been to quite a few states and have tried quite a bit of tacos in each state. So far these tacos go hand in hand to tacos I’ve had from Tacos El Gordo in San Diego, CA. The meat quality tastes fresh and juicy and the corn tortillas paired with the salsa, cilantro, lime, and onion is *Chefs Kiss*. Also, I noticed they had roasted potatoes with cheese, sautéed onions, and pork on it and it was amazing. 1,000% percent recommend.
Four people in the kitchen Took way to long to cook food, for me personally sevice was very slow.. Meat seasoning was juicy and delicious, Tortilla flavor was not my taste. I would not recommend to come on a Saturday night way too busy and service slow.
I recommend the top tacos ?.!!! We went on a Friday at 11:30pm and despite the time there was never a shortage of people. It means that I am not the only one who thinks that the tacos are very delicious, both the trompo ones and the steak ones (the meat is very soft).
