Terrible staff!! Came in for a DoorDash order, went through the process of picking it up, when the order was ready they wouldn’t hand over my order until I confirmed pickup, which is no problem. EXECPT I needed to take a picture of the receipt, instead these rude lady workers decided to not hand over my order, and take it back. Idk if it was a bad day or not (pretty empty when I went in so probably angry they’re not getting customers) I’ve seen another review say something similar about rude staff, if this is the same group of women that the other review was talking about, that I encountered today. Then they are 100% correct on that part!

I had a great experience at Tepatitlán Mexican restaurant on Federal Rd. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the chicken tacos and caldo de res. The tacos were flavorful and the caldo de res was hearty and comforting. I will definitely be back!
The food is very good but the service is of very poor quality, I took my family to celebrate a birthday, I asked the waitress if she could please sing me the mornings and they never happened😥 I talked to the manager Griselda and she told me that the reason was because the waitress was busy. What a great way to ruin a girl's birthday.
PS: they take a long time and they will never see if you are missing something, they don't give you more drinks or bring you cervillets👎
