Taqueria Tumax (Food Truck)

The Birrias were really good and priced reasonably as well. The Elote was REALLY GOOD, almost the best I've ever had in the US. The nachos were okay, as not enough cheese was put and the chips were kind of stale. I've returned several times for the Elote and Birrias.

Service was great, helpful and personable. Had the beef chorizo burrito. Food was only ok, I didn't finish it. Too salty and bland. Had their red sauce, it was good.
Location directly in airport flight path, way too noisy, ordering food was a challenge.

Absolutely amazing! They were simple and tasted delicious. Completely affordable. I enjoyed two fajita tacos and their Verde sauce had a good kick. I would highly recommend for anyone. I would be surprised if their other dishes weren't amazing.

Terrible service. Be sure to ask for the prices individually, it’s not listed, also double check your order and pay in cash.

At first I thought I found a great spot. My first two tacos were delicious. So I ordered two more. The second order came out with an extra taco. When I told her I only ordered two, she argued with me. I figured I would just accept it, considering I was told the corn tacos were only $2. When I went to pay my second bill she not only charged me for the taco I didn’t order, but she charged me $3 per taco. I know it’s not a lot, but my bill went from $4 to $9 because of her mistakes of not telling me that some of the tacos cost more. After an argument about it she said she would only charge me $6 (which I thought was fair, but still 50% more than I had anticipated). She took my credit card to run it through the machine, and when I asked for the receipt it showed that I was charged $9. She then refused to refund me. Finally she called the boss to authorize a refund. Her conversation was all in Spanish, so I could not understand what was said, but I definitely understood the word Gringa. In the end she did not refund my money.
Afterwards I was awake half the night with a stomachache… So perhaps the tacos were not worth any of this experience. I certainly won’t go back.

Wow!! So good!! We tried the quesabirras!! The quesadillas chicken and beef (the beef were my favorite) both were amazing and the elote so good!!! Fast friendly service!! The salsa mixed the ?red and green!!??

The food is very good and is big as well,the prices are little high but worth it.
Service was a little cold but I don't know ,maybe was with me only ?‍♂️, anyway, I do recommend this food truck,5 stars in the food, 3 stars in the service.
