Ordered on Uber and the burrito bowl was missing items. No dressing or sour cream. Mini tacos ok but not great. Will look for other alternatives.

Absolutely the worst chile con queso I have ever eaten! The chicken and beef fajita meat was overcooked. Nasty hot sauce will never hear again

How hard is it to get an order right?! Repeatedly gets my order wrong! Wasted $20 again for the third damn time! Cooks and waitresses are not to blame! It’s the damn the server at the front desk! Guy can’t speak a word of English! Why put him to take the orders?!

They accidentally charged me more than I was supposed to be charged. They said I would be refunded in 3-5 days. I was never refunded. Also, I was a regular customer and one time went to the restroom before ordering. I was followed to the restroom and the employees were banging the door saying paying customers only. Lost this paying customer for good. Look at the low reviews, management doesn’t even care to follow up and rectify the issues people have had. Who knows what else they don’t care about.

I have enjoyed Arandas for years. Every location is a little different, but the service is always good, and the food is always good. The staff can work with non-Spanish speakers, and I've never had a misunderstanding, and come to think of it, I've never had an order come out wrong. I highly recommend Arandas in general, and this location specifically!

I got take out. Some Tacos. 🌮 and for Dessert I got a Flan but they gave me a 2 Day old Flan. I didn't noticed till I got home.

I am beyond disappointed with this location on Irvington! I ordered through DoorDash, hoping for the same quality as the Shepard location, but this was a complete letdown. The fajita beef and cheese quesadilla plate was an absolute joke—completely bland, no seasoning, and the portions were ridiculously small. It’s clear they don’t care about quality here. The food was so basic and flavorless, I could have made something better at home. Save your time and money—this place is not worth it!
