Within 10 minutes of walking in the door, I walked out.
I was dining alone, on a weekday, late morning. I found a booth, a woman came over, handed me a menu & asked what I'd like to drink.
A few minutes later, Juan came to my table, with my drink, asking me what I wanted. No chips, no salsa. I watched other tables that sat down after me, being served drinks with chips & salsa right away. Why not me? I told Juan I needed a minute to decide, he walked away. I decided to not ask about the chips but rather see if they would bring it with my food.
5 different tables sat down from when he walked away, giving me time to decide what I wanted. Each table was warmly greeted by different female staff, each table was given chips.
I quickly decided what I wanted, looking forward to some good food but no one bothered to take my order. I watched table after table be helped by the female staff as I sat there with my menu closed, waiting for someone to take my order.
I watched Juan leaning against the counter, staring off into the room, totally ignoring me, as if I was forgotten.
Table after table was helped, drinks, chips served, menus taken up.
Enough was enough. 10 minutes of sitting there, being ignored was more than I cared for.
I got up from my table, went to the counter & told Juan I was leaving. The staff ignoring me, while they took care of other tables was rude. I added that I was the only non-hispanic diner there, did they have an issue with that? Was that why I was ignored? Did they have an issue with an older white woman eating alone there?
I have never felt more insulted or ignored in my life. At 59 years old, I was shocked at what I saw & how I was treated.
I'll never return. Do better with ALL your customers, not just ones who are hispanic.
Shame on y'all for making me feel ignored. Shame on Juan for the worst non-service ever.

It is obvious why we were the only people there, because no one could possibly eat here and come back for more. I will never return. The quac was whipped warm, air with no salt. Everything needed salt, the charro beans had Vienna sausages in them? I’ve never seen that before, not sure which region that represents. The waiter walked away from our table while we were ordering our food, apparently there was an urgent text. Our bill was outrageous, they charge $4 for tea that tastes like water, what an odd experience. I don’t recommend that anyone go here. There are so many other options, just a mistake I won’t make again. Ugh

Went to pick up my order and staff was already not welcoming and annoyed. Tacos were super greasy, oil coming out of the wrapper. I expected my potato and egg taco to at least be ok, but it was literally covered in oil…. Literally dripping out. Also, the “fried breakfast potatoes” in the breakfast plate were not fried, they were so soggy and unappealing. Will not be coming back.
The experience was okay. Their Mix Drinks are Awesome. I had the Burrito which it was kinda dry but the overall experience was okay.

Was feeling sick and needed soup. I had heard about the Menudo and the rich broth and great fatty meats and herbs so I tried out Taqueria Arandas. AWESOME.. I don't like Harmony but I think they grow their own in Heaven or Maybe somewhere none of us have ever been before because it was a wonderful experience. I travel and eat around the world. I will swear by the Menudo here as well as the value. I have had different types cooked different methods with various ingredients but for the price and the taste this is it! Ty Ty Ty..
