This used to be one of our favorite dessert spots; we're regular customers, and often recommend this place to friends. However, we were just outright refused service by the server (we didn't get her name, but she's the one who was working at 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 17th), because she "had a big order" and claimed the wait time was to be served was 20 minutes! This took place when we were the only customers in the shop. Waiting twenty minutes in an empty shop for someone to scoop ice cream into a cup is an egregious ask.
That server is rudeness personified. We've had a bad experience with her before; last weekend, she attempted to charge us $70 for a half gallon of ice cream, and also violated health codes by initially using a container that had fallen on the floor.
Please correct course before a good ice cream store is ruined for lack of loyal customers.

So many unique flavors to chose from and wide variety of snacks. We ordered mocha crunch, rose petal and nutella icecream. All flavors were very authentic and tasted delicious. They also have chunks of candy / rose petals / etc in them. Quantity is massive even for a kids cup. Small seating area but cutely decorated. Service was friendly and didnt hesitate to offer us samples.

this place is very nice. It is inspired by the Morelian culture. The snows are delicious and have many flavors to choose from. They sell everything. They sell snow popsicles and other delicacies. It has plenty of space to sit. It's a little hidden, but I 100% recommend it.
