It was not clear that the $100 deposit I placed to hold the reservation for 2 people had to be used completely. Our meal cost $60 total, they made me pay $4 in tax on a separate bill, and then insisted the rest of my deposit go on a gift card for another use! I will not make another reservation that requires a deposit! They already have too much of my money for a simple brunch for two! I had tried to call twice to modify/cancel my reservation and only got an AI assistant who asked me to call back later. On the positive side, our server and others were very nice and the food was good. The policies at this restaurant are not clearly spelled out and are ridiculous. I will not be back to use my gift card.

I had an amazing experience with Brandin! His professionalism, positive attitude and commitment to doing his job really stood out the most. He payed attention and communicated clearly. He went over beyond to make sure me and my family enjoyed ourselves and the food was great. The icing on the cake is that Brandin truly delivered exceptional service and we will definitely be back for him.
