Could be a great spot if they put in the effort to actually deliver tasty or even edible hotpot or ramen, I can’t say our food was tasty, the ramen was tasteless and the hot pot tasted like fridge/frozen storage, would not recommend this place to anyone, much better choices right next door.

service was horrible. no one was in the store besides us and waited about 10 minutes for us to be seated. we did not know that we had to scan the qr code to place an order since no one told us anything. all of a sudden, the server which was a girl with glasses was being rude and saying “you know you can just scan that to order right.” she needs to be fired. if you don’t like your job, quit.

Went on Monday July 28 late afternoon with a group of 6 people (3 kids) The food was satisfactory. The service was bland, we were met with a young woman who was bored and had an indifferent attitude. Wish she was more friendly and helpful.

The quality has noticeably gone down. The freshness of the ingredients isn’t what it used to be, and the soup base lacks depth and flavor. Overall, nothing on the menu stood out or felt satisfying. I’d much rather visit a nearby buffet-style hotpot restaurant, where the ingredients are fresher, the soup bases are more flavorful, and the overall dining experience feels more enjoyable and worth the price.

We walked in this place off the street without any prior knowledge, no expectations. We were simply hungry. We were also pleasantly surprised. To start they have quite the menu options. We were vegan and non-vegan and everyone could eat. There were so many excellent new dishes that we never tried to choose from. The wait staff was charming, the kitchen fast. We were the only customers inside but the food take out traffic was steady. The decor is very nice with smoke seating and parking is available. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Went here with a group of three. The other two got their food in a timely matter but never brought the third order. After thirty minutes we had to ask the waiter what happened and he said he’d go find out and said the cook messed up the order and was redoing it. Another thirty minutes go by, the food still hasn’t came out and they said they would go check on it. The other two people finished their food by now, and later on the waiter comes back say says the cook never made the food in the first place and tried to blame me for asking different waiters about my food that I’ve been waiting over an hour for. No apologies, just asked if I wanted a refund? A refund for what? The food I never got? And then on top of that, the female host or cashier had the audacity to question the waiter why I still wanted the food when i was asked if I wanted it to go.

Gets very busy at night! This is a small place so expect a wait if it’s packed in the parking lot. Fooood was delicious I can’t wait to go back. There were only two servers taking orders and waiting all the tables.

My husband is a meat eater and this is his review. Very easy to read menu, tastes very authentic, fast and good service. Great portion sizes!

The service was what is to be expected from a place in Bellaire. Not great but not horrible. This is the only reason why they're at 2 stars. If this were a review on the food alone, I would give 0 stars if I could. I understand that with inflation food prices are going to be high and not much can be done about that if you're a restaurant that's trying to survive. What can be controlled is the quality of the food which this place had none. I ordered a hotpot which was mediocre at best as well as a number of skewers. Every single skewer was so over cooked that they were inedible. I've had beef jerkey more moist than any of the skewers that were brought out. Needless to say I personally will not be returning.

One of my favorite hot pot restaurant in Houston that is not an AYCE but the amount of food they gave is very filling. The service is fast and most of the time we request no fire under the pot since the food are already cooked already. They have different flavors to choose from. The appetizer are all good. If there are two of us we just get 1 pot to share, no need 1 pot per person.

This isn’t the first time I’ve dined here. I ordered the Korean Army Hotpot, but the flavor was not the same as before. The broth was bland, tasteless, and didn’t include kimchi as stated on the menu. The service was poor. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I won’t be back.
