Oh my goodness, what’s not to say about this place? Tavola was PHENOMENAL. The service from our server, Tristen, was lovely. We came on an evening where you roll dice for custom Negronis, and that was so fun to participate in. The drinks were beyond delicious. The antipasti we had and our entrees were amazing. The establishment is visually stunning and the atmosphere is elevated and welcoming.
We came celebrating a life event, and the only disappointing thing was we were told there was a complimentary desert, but it was never given. We didn’t want to be a bother of course, so we didn’t ask. Other than that, I have nothing to say but praise for this dining experience.

A big thanks to Tavola for making my Thanksgiving 2024 very special! Great food, friendly staff, good vibes, tried something different than the same ol thing this year and they really did a great job!

Very trendy place with upscale Italian staples. Our service was excellent, they have a REAL Parmesan wheel that you can opt to get a portion from and have drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar, rolled around and served tableside ($16).
Overall it was a nice dinner and ultimately the service was the best part. The food was ok, nothing in particular to look forward to, though the beet salad was fantastic and the olive oil gelato was very nice. We ordered the wagyu steak (which was shockingly a little too dry and not very fatty) and the lasagna, which came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I felt that everything was oversalted. Meanwhile, the carpaccio tasted a little undersalted and could have used a little more oil or sauce on top.
The interior is nice and luxurious, though very loud.
Overall, I think I would only come back to enjoy the bar.
Parking: The restaurant does valet, which is free and operated on tips.

Finally got to try this place and it was everything I wanted it to be! I have to go back so I can openly indulge in some of their homemade pasta and the waiter told me they have an amazing brunch! The food was great, we finally have some good Italian options in town. They have free valet which is nice, give them a try!

Dining at Tavola in Uptown Houston was an exceptional experience. The bruschetta was unparalleled, and the cut of meat was divine, perfectly cooked and just the right thickness. The toppings complemented the base beautifully. My vodka martini was expertly shaken, not stirred, with a meticulously sliced twist.
When I read the reviews, I thought, “I’ll be the judge of that.” Tavola exceeded my expectations. The staff provided a memorable conversation, making the visit even more enjoyable. Tavola truly lives up to its stellar reputation.

Everything is great about this place. We came here for a crowded birthday dinner and the server was great. Very patient and attentive. Answered all questions thoroughly. The food is good. They have many different original Italian dishes. I’d recommend trying different flavors. I’ll definitely come back!

Everything about Tavola is FABULOUS. I loved the food and the atmosphere. Everyone was very attention, providing excellent service. I highly recommend the Burrata Caprese appetizer & the deconstructed Sicilian Cannoli!

I went to Tavola for the first time and it will probably be the last time. I was excited to try their $25 restaurant week specials but was very disappointed. Drinks were not pleasing, salad was dry, pasta wasn't cooked well. Service was great but it took a very long time to make our cacio e pepe..

This place is awesome. The food is absolutely incredible with great portion sizes and very well priced, especially for this area. The staff is very friendly and the interiors are nice. Went on a Thursday night and very few people were there. Hope this place gets it's flowers and starts to fill out tables every night.

We went there to celebrate a sister in Christ’s birthday. The restaurant was beautiful inside. We were seated at a long table and the food came out with perfect and elegant timing. Our server took care of the big group and served us a sip of Champagne as we celebrated. I’m really happy we went there. Parking was a little tricky. We parked in the back in the uncovered area. Other than that it was a beautiful experience.
