It has been decades since I’ve had TCBY because they are hard to find. So, it was a hot day and I wanted frozen yogurt not ice cream. I found a nearby location and was excited. First, they had no waffle cones. Then I was told it’s $0.79 an ounce. Who is walking around with a scale? I wound up paying $10 for yogurt - with no toppings and the cup wasn’t even full. It had no taste and was a waste of money. Next time- to the store for ice cream; - which I would’ve gotten more for less $.

My Grandson had a small serving, no toppings. The cashier said that it would be 10.80. I said when was the last time your scale was checked. All of a sudden it was 5.20. I am going to follow up with this as I felt like he was trying to scam me. This is the Memorial City Mall location.

Thanks to the cashier who refused my payment. Told me my card wasn't working ....so I walked myself to cheesecake factory and got me really nice cheesecake for the same price ;)

We had a horrible experience. We went and saw prices were not mentioned anywhere. The customer service did not provide good communication and left out the large cups so we thought it can’t be that expensive. Turns out we had ended up buying more than $50 worth of frozen yogurt. There were also only 3-4 flavors and they were not very good. We ended up throwing some of it away. Again, prices were not mentioned or written anywhere. We surely won’t be coming back again.

Horrible experience, I wanted a sample to taste and they can't give any samples, so haow are you supposed to know if you like it or what flavor you like. Just a disappointment. Went to marble slab next to it. Ñ

Never before have I been more compelled to leave a review. What a fricking scam. They'll screw you over if you aren't careful. The large cups were the only ones out, so one would assume that it would be a little pricey, say 6-7 bucks tops. But no, it was nearly $14 dollars without a crapton of toppings. The coffee yogurt also tasted like butter pecan mixed with cough syrup. Will not be back!

Its nice that tcby has Vegan options the chocolate taste a little watered down. They charge you buy weighing your yogurt
