What a pathetic customer service by the guy in front with glasses (Hassan). Very greedy and cheap mentality. I bought 6 dozen frozen beef samosa, and asked for 2 or 3 chutney to enjoy in the evening, and he refused to provide even one chutney and started making lame excuses about discounted price as compare to cooked ones. You are saving money on your gas bill by selling frozen. I spent around $65, and he was asking me to buy chutney separately for $3. Desi Mentality at the worst!!! Worst Customer Service!!! He should be ashamed of himself for the pathetic service and should be fired, or if he is the owner, then business should be shut down until he figures out how to run it.
They should learn the basics of conducting business

I had a great visit today! We were 6 people in total and ordered behari kebab, chicken malai boti, naan, paratha, daal, chawal, chicken rashmi kebab and gulab jaman. The food was great, however we weren’t aware that we had already been charged 15% of service charge, which I’m assuming goes to the staff at this location, additionally my husband tipped 18%, only because he thought that’s the way to tip the servers and there was no service charge included. I think the store should state upfront about the service charge, so the customer puts an additional tip accordingly.

The restaurant has good service overall, and the food quality was satisfactory. However, I had an uncomfortable experience with one of the servers, who appeared to have poor personal hygiene and she smelled strongly of sweat, her shoes were visibly dirty, which further gave an unprofessional impression. But i must say she was very friendly, It would be beneficial for the management to address hygiene standards with the staff to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.

Additionally, during a brief conversation, she the server mentioned feeling underpaid and struggling to support her family in Pakistan while working on a visit visa. This is a sensitive matter, but I believe fair wages and better working conditions could not only improve staff morale but also reflect positively on the restaurant’s reputation.

I hope the management takes this feedback constructively to enhance the dining experience for everyone.

I had dinner at this restaurant and ordered two different types of curry, but they all tasted the same. It seems like they use canned tomato paste and add unbalanced spices. I completely deny recommending their curries – they were the worst I’ve had in Houston!
