Favorite coffee shop in town :) fantastic beans, talented baristas, and great ambiance.

Coffee snobs of the world will particularly like the broad coffee selections. I personally get my whole beans and do my own espresso at home and like a variety of flavors. You tendency two types of coffee shops that offer fresh beans. One-hand there's some really good shops that tend to focus mostly on South and Central American flavor beans and that's it. On the other hand, you see some other coffee shops that have a broad selection of beans but may not be the best quality but at least it's a broad selection. At this place, they have a very good selection of both South American and African beans. The African beans are stocked from very specific single origin and it shows. You are going to pay a little bit more but it is worth every penny. You get a free cup of coffee with your purchase for what that's worth. If you're new here, pay attention to the far right of the counter and you will see that they embrace pour over coffee. You'll also see the classroom to the far left when you come in. Haven't done that yet. However, it looks pretty inviting.Do you be ready to park on the street. Parking is an issue here but it is not an impossibility.Highly recommended especially your interested in consistent African beans from single origin.

One of the best coffee shops I’ve been to in Houston. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is on point. Coffee is phenomenal. They have coffee tastings and educational classes here. Ample seating provided. Caution: the steep driveway to the parking lot on your way in/out.Parking: Watch out for the massive incline decline on the entrance of the parking lot

They are pretty slow in service. The food was not fresh and the chai latte disturbed my stomach. There are many big open trashcans inside.

I ventured out to the Heights to check out Tenfold Coffee. The coffee shop has a nice vibe to it and welcoming ambiance to visitors. Most of the patrons were having their coffee with their laptops open working or studying away. I ordered a flat white and it was a nice mix of being both smooth and bold at the same time. The coffee cup was designed well also. The service was good too! I would visit Tenfold if I lived a little closer.

The best coffee I’ve ever had was their honey vanilla flat white. I also took an espresso 101 class where we learned the basics of dialing in espresso. Highly recommend the class and excited to sign up for their latte art class. It does get pretty busy and there’s usual a line out the door when I go on weekends.

First time customer and I was not pleased. Was trying tenfold due to ratings I saw online. I’m mostly a Starbucks person so I’m not familiar with other coffee places and their menu..so when I came to tenfold I was hoping the cashier was more accommodating and engage when asked about their menu since I didn’t have an idea of what would be good to try out at first. No recommendation given and cashier was not engaging and I just felt out of place and not welcome as a first timer. Sorry but will not be coming back and will still be on the hunt for new coffee shops to try out!

Easily the best coffee in Houston I came across in my nearly 4 years living there. They don't have a ton of syrups and fancy flavor choices, but the quality is on a different level. I went so often, the super friendly staff even started to remember my name and usual order. Any time I'm in town, I'll be returning. I love this place.

Yummy coffee and croissants. The place was very busy but we still found seats. Next time we'll sit out on the patio. The ham and Asiago croissant was packed full and delicious. The jalapeno sausage was good, but only a small piece.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Tenfold. It was around 3pm on a Saturday and a little busy as it was a beautiful day in the Heights. I waited almost 15-20 minutes for a vanilla latte. It was good, but nothing spectacular. What bothered me most was the line was to the door with a handful of people waiting outside and there were no workers taking orders and no baristas. I saw one or two "runners" walking coffee to people sitting down. I realized this morning I would be in the same area, I wanted to try it again before rating. Today, the line was out the door and down the sidewalk. 10:30am on a Sunday, I knew it would be busy. I stood in line for 15 minutes and left. The line never moved. Again one person behind the counter for mediocre coffee, it is just not worth the wait. This place needs organization and efficiency. Customer service is not their strong suit. Here are a few pics I took inside the coffee house yesterday. The ambiance is cool.

Heights coffeehouse with modern, open interior and tasty drinksGreat place to study - plenty of tables, bars, and desks and the music isn’t too loud. The interior is well-lit through large windows and features lovely plants that liven up the space. There was guest internet to join but it didn’t work for me.There’s also an outdoor patio - saw pets so believe this coffeehouse is pet-friendly.I tried the Matcha Latte - it was tasty with plenty of flavor and sweet, which I enjoyed.Parking: Parking lot is usually full but street parking around

I really like the environment of this place with all it's foliage and it's nice and cozy. The staff was very kind and friendly. I just couldn't dig the coffee. It tasted a bit too bold and sour. I usually like bold coffee. I usually like any coffee, really.
