Went for breakfast today the chilaquiles were nasty ! No flavor the green salsa was supposed to be spicy it was sour ! Horrible

My recent visit to Tepatitlan Mexican Grill was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, filled with lively music and the delicious aroma of authentic Mexican cuisine. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, contributing to a very comfortable and enjoyable dining environment.

I decided to try their famous carne asada, and it was truly outstanding – perfectly grilled, incredibly tender, and bursting with rich, savory flavors. It came with a generous side of fluffy Mexican rice and perfectly seasoned refried beans, making for a wonderfully satisfying meal. The fresh guacamole was a highlight, creamy and flavorful, clearly made with ripe avocados. And, of course, the warm, crispy tortilla chips were a perfect accompaniment.

The portion sizes were incredibly generous, offering great value and ensuring there was plenty to enjoy. What truly made the evening memorable was the exceptional service. Our server was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Tepatitlan Mexican Grill delivers top-notch food and service that genuinely makes you want to return. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of their delicious offerings and soak in the wonderful ambiance!

Horrible service. I asked for a bottle of water 3 times and did not received.

The Spanish lady with the glasses was very rude. We ask for no vegetables on the nachos and she said that’s the only way it came. We didn’t want anything for free we wanted our order corrected and she made it a big deal. She stood on the side of the bar and gave nasty stares. I came for the first time yesterday after today I will not return.

A lady with glasses I didn’t catch a name was rude ! She was upset only because I asked for no veggies and I guess she didn’t write that down and kept giving me an evil look cause I told her .

*BE CAREFUL*
We order 8 tacos, 4 of my tacos i put salsa and lime on 2 of my tacos while finishing my 2nd taco i was having a weird taste so I tried my 3rd taco with no salsa and lo lime and yes the meat had a bad taste so we decided to ask and the waitress and told her the taco tasted no good she sad okay, so I ask for my receipt and she didn't even said a word she knew the food was not good leaving 3 tacos fully untouched and a half . Yes I did paid for the food total 8 tacos and the 2 cokes, of course no tip! We were hungry and 2hours later we ended up with stomach pain same night after eating those tacos. I hate going back and forth I decided not to me a big deal of this but I truly DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility !!!!!

It was ok the plate I got was a little fishy to much for my taste, but I think others will like it, the service was good very attentive I may come back again for another visit and a different dish

Terrible customer service!!! Would give us to go silverware even after we ate there!!! They’re just money hungry!! DO NOT GO THERE

I asked for mozzarella chile relleno and they gave me ground beef. I can’t eat meat. My husband got caldo de res and he’s missing the cilantro , jalapeño, all the veggies with no lemons. Plus I asked extra lemons and didn’t get that. There’s no excuse for my order to be messed up . The restaurant had only 3 family inside. I’m so upset. Luckily I got my guacamole salad to eat but I was counting to get my chile relleno. We called and no one answers. Ugh 4.10.2025 3:49 pm

We celebrated a birthday here today and brought 15 people with us. The staff were so accommodating to set up tables and continually keep us well stocked with chips and salsa and drinks! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. What a great place for a party!

Excellent chilaquiles. Totally authentic and delicious. Next visit I had mole chicken enchiladas. Perfect!
