Since the opening of this location this past year. I have yet to have a bad experience while eating here. I try to come once a week to support this franchise location. The food is prepared quickly and is always hot. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean and so are the restrooms. Like most restaurants when there is a rush it may become busy, but still the food comes out fresh and hot. I believe the owner works the front register. She's about the sweetest lady I have ever met. She's very welcoming and makes sure to give you best experience every time you enter the building. The food can be a bit pricey, but you leave here with a second meal because the servings are a big.
Vegetarian options: They offer veggie bowls
Kid-friendliness: Food come in spicy and non spicy options.

It’s obvious the franchise owner and management staff know zero about running a food business (or any for that matter). Two visits and both horrible! The counter staff are completely clueless and you can tell they’ve received no real training on how to competently be the face/order taker/customer server of the restaurant. The cook times are outrageous! My first visit, the food was inedible and instead of the manager helping they sent an English Speaking employee to handle it for them (this alone tells you everything you need to know!)!!ATTENTION OWNER: You need a serious Hospitality Industry Consultant. Feel free to reach out to me, I can turn your company around!

Teriyaki sadness more like it. I got fried rice that was glued. The beef teriyaki along with it had this mouth feeling of eating dirt. Got crab Rangoons burned to a pulp. Really horrific, will never order from here again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! My first time coming here and Kylie was awesome, she helped me choose the spicy chicken bowl with white rice and veggies, and it was DELICIOUS! I got the madness combo, the egg roll was super good!! The food came out super fast and it was so tasty, I highly recommend this place the food is delicious and everyone is so nice and friendly definitely coming again soon!

I took the family to Teriyaki Madness for something new and it was Great! The teriyaki chicken was perfectly cooked and just the right portion. The spicy chicken was so flavorful and the orange chicken is now my daughters favorite orange chicken anywhere. The service was excellent. Braxton took our order and helped us decide on what we'd like best and he was spot on.
I ordered a large regular teriyaki breast bowl and I received spicy chicken. Since my order was a to go, I didn’t batter to check. But when I opened it wasn’t chicken breast, I am very sure it was chicken thigh, very dissatisfying visit, it was my first time here. You won’t get my business anymore. Good Luck

First time at this location , won’t be back . I ordered two bowls one steak teriyaki and one spicy chicken , my whole entire steak bowl was inedible , it was burnt and hard . The chicken one was half inedible also burnt .

First time customer...There were 6 of us in the party. 4 kids, 2 adultsNot what we expected going in. We thought you can choose your ingredients from a line and they would cook it in front of you in a wok.Ordered like a fast food chain at the front. Cashier was not too helpful as this was our first time and wasn't very interested in answering questions.Sat down. Waited the same time you would at a restaurant. Food looked pretty much as advertised. No complaints from any of the kids, including my very picky daughter. Food tasted good. Teriyaki sauce at the table was really good.My lack of 5 stars stems from three things...1) I was hoping this would have been a lot healthier option than to fast food wgere I would be able to choose from a wide variety of vegetables and have a fresh, somewhat healthy Asian style meal.2) Incredibly salty. After eating it, my tongue felt like I ate a bag of sunflower seeds and I couldn't drink enough water all night3) Cost. It ended up being about 11.50 a person. Considering most of our family is made up of kids, (13, 11, 9 and 6), it was on the pricier end for what I would consider a fast food meal.

Sorry, I want smashburger back. Worst rice AND orange chicken I’ve ever had, and costs twice as much as Panda Express. My gfs dish was burnt bad. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place really deserves it.

First time ordering at this location. I ordered through the app - Large Teriyaki Tofu bowl Yakisoba style with a side order of Fried Rice without egg. Hardly any tofu in the large bowl, EGG in the fried rice, and they used large cups to put a couple drops of Teriyaki sauce inside for a large bowl of tofu that sucks sauce up like it’s nothing. the rice has pieces of burnt something all over it and the tofu is barely cooked. Absolute disappointment.The junior spicy teriyaki bowl with fried rice that my mom ordered was fine, but same issue with the sauce.
