The prices are affordable and the food is fresh. The teppanyaki tastes great. There aren’t any expensive dishes, so I’m giving it four stars. The service is pretty good, and I recommend the steamed turbot.
Solid Asian buffet. Not the worst, not the best, but it’s very solid. We all know buffets are cheap food with large quantity but a low quality on return, and Texas Buffet delivers a solid return. Buffets are generally for people who want to eat a lot on a budget. So I try my best not to be a snob when evaluating a buffet. For me does the food at least taste fresh and of decent quality? The answer is yes for Texas Buffet. I never felt like I was messing with my health...
Stays true to the “buffet atmosphere”, a lot of delicious options but there are some misses as well. Service is very friendly and helpful as well. It is a repeater, especially if you are wanting big portions for a reasonable price.
