First, the workers on this food truck are extremely friendly and sweet, very polite and a joy to be serviced by them, now the food….. it’s so flavorful and delicious, I love when they are parked downtown because I’m sure in for a treat. I recommend the fish plate that comes with French fries. They have Po boys, shrimp and lots more!!! You won’t be sorry when you have lunch from this place….

really wasn't expecting much for a $10 bowl of max and cheese but boy was i wrong! The food is well seasoned and comes out fast and the customer service is incredible! They really make you feel at home. Will definitely be going again

Tried this food truck at Discovery Green when there was an event there this past Saturday. There were a bunch of food trucks and this one seemed to have the biggest buzz around it, so we figured it was the one to try. The lady taking orders was really nice and welcoming, so that was a plus, considering a lot of food truckers can become irate when they get busy (in my experience). Anyway, we had the Cajun chicken strips with fries and the shrimp Mac and cheese. The chicken strips were awesome - probably the best fried chicken strips I've had in a while. The fries were pretty mediocre, akin to luke-warm McDonald's fries. The shrimp Mac and cheese was ok; best part was the shrimp. If there's one thing they do well here, it's fry their meats (chicken, fish, shrimp, etc.). Whatever they do during that process is working well for them. I'm pretty sure the max and cheese was just Kraft Mac and cheese with velveeta and extra shredded cheese. I'd eat here again, but think I'd skip the Mac and cheese and French fries.

A unique blend of offerings from Tennessee, Texas, and Louisiana. The menu separates what is what, but I recommend all of it. I typically stick to the Louisiana side of things, including the seafood balls. Healthy portions, the serving of 4 can be a meal itself. Po-Boys are my next choice, not on the permanent menu but fried crawfish Po-Boy "daily special" is common so be sure to look for it. They also will have a red beans and rice as a meal. The chicken fried steak sandwich is also a solid and filling choice. The evergreen debate is "do I stick with what I know I like or try something else that I'm bound to like also". Normally food truck service is very transactional but the lady taking the orders goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. You will be called "darling" and "baby", remarkably polite. I look forward to it every time. She was very aggressive with hand sanitizer during the COVID, insisting I take some to go "you touched money baby, you need this". Is definitely a place I look to eat when in my area, I suggest you do as well.

Had them at Four Oaks Place. I got a shrimp po boy...shrimp batter was coming off the shrimp, the bread was soggy, fries were under cooked, the shrimp tasted odd (it's definitely not fresh shrimp either) Unfortunately I got really bad food poisoning, throwing up non stop, horrible stomach cramps pains I was sick for days!! I noticed the guy cooking was battering chicken, fish, shrimp to order but did not see him change his gloves once. They have a nice truck but they're obviously doing some unsanitary stuff to get me this sick. I've never had food poisoning before and don't wish it on anyone! I understand they were busy and were probably trying to get orders out the window as fast as possible but seems like they were doing it without caring if they're being sanitary or cooking things correctly. Thanks for ruining Cajun food for me. I'm so disappointed What a horrible experience.

Wow! I just had their cajun chicken strips and it was excellent! They batter at time of order so that explains the crispy crust, moist meat, and with the fresh spice flavor. The spicy coleslaw was excellent as well. I hope they continue to come by the 500 Crawford apartments wednesday nights!

Food truck. Had a the chicken po boy while st no label brewery. Was great. Father in law had the shrimp po boy and my wife and the chicken fingers. Everyone raves about it. Sometimes the Cajun type food trucks can be hit or miss but these guys were on point. Hit the spot!

Very good food. Had the crawfish poboy combo with fries and can of soda for 15 plus tax. Everything was good. It was a big meal. The cocktail sauce was on point. Just the right amount of horseradish to spice it up.

I finally decided to give the food trucks at Greenway Plaza a try and I picked Texasiana. They were advertising a crawfish po-boy combo so that's what I got! I haven't even finished eating it and I wanted to comment that it is so tasty! Super fresh and hot, with just enough spice to keep it interesting l. The bread is great too, not too chewy. The woman at the window taking orders was so friendly. I'll be back!

What a nice surprise! Visited Bakfish tonight and this little food truck was outside. We had a sampler and some gumbo. It was all delicious!

We were at BAKFISH brewery when the food tuck arrived and i was surprise to see a mix of food options they had from seafood to steak sandwhiches and PoBoys. We ordered the seafood balls and I got the steak Sandwhich which was all delicious. However the steak sandwhich was steak tenders so there were 3 strips of steak inside a sandwhich with lettuce and tomatoes making the sandwhich already wet and soggy... trying to bite into the thing as a whole makes it all kind of fall apart and messy. However, everything tasted good and the lady running the food truck was extremely nice.

First off the picture is a half eaten sandwich, it smelt so good I couldn't wait to start eating. It was a Great shrimp poboy. I also had the fried seafood balls. Everything was excellent ! Definitely recommend!

I almost never write reviews but felt compelled here from the toilet of our office building. Our cafeteria is undergoing renovations so they brought in food trucks every day. Wasn't thrilled with the menu to begin with so ordered chicken fingers with fries and one of their "fish balls" which was supposedly like a crab cake. $16. Today, on one of the most important days of my year so far, I have food poisoning - fever and stomach problems. since I didn't eat dinner last night and this late lunch was all I ate, I think it's safe to say this food truck chicken or fish is what did me in. Stay away. Not worth it - in food quality or in the aftermath.

This food truck has visited my apartment community a couple times and I love it! I've tried the chicken fried steak sandwich and a crawfish po' boy. The fried okra and boudin balls were good too! I'd recommend giving it a try!
