Never in my life have I ever seen a cookie so doughy a not cooked properly. No flavor whatsoever . Not worth buying!
Delicious individually made ice cream sandwichs. The line went out the door but it went fast.
1st you choose your cookies the top and bottom (they can be different)
2nd select the ice cream.
3rd mix ins
Then if you want it warmed up.
Great concept you can get it made to order the way you like.

I went to Baked Bear for the first time today. Kyle was especially knowledgeable and friendly when he waited on me.
I only rate this a 4 star because I don’t like some of the flavors. However today I had this girl named Jazmine and she treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. Even my wife was fond of her and she usually dislikes the good majority of people.

Came in with my daughter earlier today and my scooper was very attentive! She had wonderful manners and she genuinely seemed happy to be here. Her name was Jasmine and I was very glad yo be served by her, will definitely come back soon!

I went to Baked Bear for the first time with my two kids, and the customer service was very disappointing. When we arrived, I mentioned it was our first time, but the employee just said “okay” without any explanation of the menu or guidance. My son wanted chocolate ice cream , but it was listed as dark chocolate. I asked if it was bitter, and the response was simply, “Well, it’s dark chocolate.” No effort was made to offer a sample or suggest an alternative, so I ended up just ordering two vanilla cones. For a place that seems geared toward families and fun, I expected a friendlier, more welcoming experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.
SO YUMMY!!! Brownie bowl with bear batter ice cream is a must have! Super clean and friendly environment. Will be coming here again❤️
