The quality and taste of the frozen yogurt here is second to none. With that being said the service could use some help. You can’t serve your own toppings , yet EVERYONE has clear access to do so. Even Ray Charles can see the cashier visually upset when people serve their own toppings. ā€œYou down want people doing it, then install a glass to cover the access simple solution ā€¦ā€
Also no samples at all. I understand the cost of samples adding up and costing money. However it is a business and all businesses will have a percentage of profit loss, just adjust the pricing to cover ā€œthe loss for samplesā€.
Also be ready to be slightly pressured to leave a tip. The cashier will ask you how much to tip and never even allow you to touch the pay screen. Kind of puts you on the spot. I don’t tip here simply because I serve my own yogurt and already paying a higher than usual amount. I do however recommend this place to several friends and family which I feel is an even better tip.
Yes this place is pricey but for the quality it’s definitely worth it. Just be ready to abide by the rules..

I absolutely love the avocado smoothie. My kids get the froyo topped with candy. We often walk over to the grassy area that overlooks the lake. Such a beautiful view while sitting and eating your fro-yo!

I didn't care for the thai tea here. It's just 4oz of bland thai tea over frozen water cubes that fill the cup. I prefer my thai tea blended into a smoothie but they wouldn't do it, said it would mess with the flavor. That might have been a good thing and they should try it. I get thai tea smoothies everywhere else and enjoy them so much that i tried to get one here. Oops.

You are not able to sample any flavors like other frozen yogurt places and the owners were complaining about how expensive it is to run the business and how he has to work ā€œ24/7ā€ in order to produce a higher quality frozen yogurt than other places. The price for my medium sized cup was more than what I’ve paid at Menchie’s or Tutti Frutti and the yogurt tasted like water. Will not be returning to this location ever again.

We went on the 4th of July and they weren’t too busy. Very refreshing yummy drinks and not too bad of a price. Great for family outings as there’s restaurants and the lake near by. I got the Emerald drink and it had fruit boba. Nice customer service, the employees are very nice and welcoming. Would come again when i’m back on this side of town.

If you choose to go here after reading this your business, but I highly recommend just driving in to Humble to Menchies in or to Tutti frutti in Atascocita. The only thing nice here is not even to do with the yogurt shop but the lake to walk by. The rudest people, no samples. Catch this logic they have. . . Person after person, uses the handles on the Yogurt machines yet, you can't serve yourself up your own fruits and toppings. Not sure if you'll like a particular flavor? too bad, You want to find outt if you like it, buy it. The rational that it is unsanitary to sample in a small small cup but not unsanitary to use the handles is quite ludicrous.
So it is pretty much self serve right? Yet after spending $20.98(2 people and not full cups),the guy behind the counter turns the screen around and asks how much I want to tip. Again very much ridiculous. The lady behind the toppings was so rude when I reached over as I did not notice the sign and theclady chastisedme then said I serve(not in a good way) you. It was kind of embarrassing and I told her no thank you. I would not have mind paying the $20.98 if I had good service. Oh and the yogurt never changes flavors and not that great. It probably doesn't seem like it, but I'm an extremely nice guy, typically. I told my wife that's it. This is the last time. I will drive out of my way if I absolutely have to have yogurt. Those that choose to go here pretty much probably don't know any better. Someone mentioned great boba. Oh my gosh, I can tell you what great Boba is and where to get it, it is, and it's not here. .... Make your choices wisely.

Today I went to the ice cream shop with my wife and daughter. I've visited this place several times and always enjoyed it, but this time the experience was very different and disappointing. I decided to fill a container with several flavors of ice cream so the three of us could enjoy it together, but when I approached the counter, the lady refused to add the strawberries I wanted. Moreover, the man at the register, visibly annoyed, practically scolded me for filling one large container, telling me that I could have filled three smaller containers for the same price. I asked for three spoons, and he gave them to me very reluctantly, repeating in a rude manner and with disgusted gestures what I "should" have done. When I placed the container on the scale, he brusquely told me to remove it. Finally, when I went to pay, the same employee indicated that I should leave a tip, which I found outrageous given the poor service I received.I will not be returning to this ice cream shop, as I do not need to be treated disrespectfully, especially when I am willing to pay for the product I consume. If the employees do not know how to treat customers, perhaps they should consider closing their doors. I am not a violent person, but if my daughter had not been there, I would have responded with the same aggression and rudeness I received.

Top notch frozen yogurt with homemade recipes, located by west lake Houston. The owner Danny is a very friendly gentleman who hosts a beautiful atmosphere for families, and even greater for a quick date to cool off after being outside for while. (I had the Dutch chocolate mixed with vanilla, chocolate sprinkles topped with thin sliced almonds and a drizzle of Hersheys syrup.) #tasty. Can’t wait to come back.

Kid-friendliness: Board games, movies, music and a beautiful fish to add a splash of nature.
