The frozen yogurt, açaí bowl, boba, and coffee were amazing. The environment was clean and the staff were super friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Terrible customer service. You can’t serve your toppings how you want them, they control every aspect of this seemingly self-service froyo bar. We felt like we were being coached through our experience every step, and definitely won’t be coming back here. And the price definitely is way more than it’s worth!

Danny the owner is a great person to spend time with and have the best deserts in the area. He's a big supporter of the local schools and has been in business for 15 years! You can sit and play games at the tables with friends for hours quickly and not know it!

I wanted a soft serve vanilla…it was excellent! I also tasted the chocolate soft serve! It too was delicious!!! I’ll be back!

My mom, brother, and I came here. We ordered a original milk tea, jasmine tea, and Thai tea with boba. They were all delicious and the staff was very kind! I hope to come back soon!

Berry Bar has the nicest staff and is always super clean. I particularly recommend the pina colada smoothie. Always a good place to go for dessert after dinner. Keep up the good job!

We are also treated so well there by the owners. They are always friendly and have conversation with us each time. The Berry Bar is also one of our favorite places we like to bring our family and friends visiting from other states because it feels like part of home to us in Kingwood. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I always go to this place with my family and today the Chinese guy was bitter and treated us very badly. I will never return to this place again and with all his rudeness he wanted a tip. How shameless.

The people here are extremely sweet I definitely recommend.

The tip culture is out of hand. My daughter made her own yogurt, and when we checked out, the screen asks for a tip, but that screen is behind a glass barrier, with the employee asking you what option you want to press. Felt like I was being bullied into tipping, and for what, someone to cash me out? Ughh.

Also, I asked for nutritional info (cal) for one of the teas and he said “oh, we don’t worry about that because it’s all natural”… such a shady/weird response, and it’s unfortunate that they won’t tell you nutritional info on their drinks, other than that it is “natural.”

Froyo is ok, and establishment is clean and well kept. That won’t be enough to get me to come back though.

Just left this place and got lectured about how I should order my milk tea. I have been drinking milk tea since 2001 and have always loved the rich, creamy flavor with freshly made boba.

About a year ago, I tried ordering a milk tea here (same place) without ice, and the owner was extremely rude. He went on a long rant, insisting that his milk tea is freshly made and wouldn't taste good without ice. When I tried it (with ice), it was watery and lacked the bold flavor you'd expect from a quality milk tea spot.

Fast forward to today — same situation, same owner. This time, he not only repeated the lecture but raised his voice and essentially forced me to listen why behind it. I was honestly shocked. I have ordered milk tea without ice at countless places and have never been treated like this.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. It is disappointing to see a shop pushing overpriced, flavorless drinks while treating customers so poorly.
