The Birria Queen has arguably the best vegan/vegetarian birria tacos. Ive also had the chicken, shrimp and crawfish tacos. The flavor is rich and delicious. The pressure sauce and garlic consommé are favorites and equally flavorful. The tacos always come packed with filling and cheese, perfectly crispy.
