Worst customer service experience ever.
I am sitting in the parking lot as I type this. I stood at the bar waiting to be acknowledged to order for about 5min then I waited 40min for a very small order then watched the couple next to me be served much more appetizing looking food within 10-15min. When I asked for an edible sausage I was immediately met with a confrontational attitude from both the service staff and the bartender who let me know that he would not be doing a refund nor an exchange for this burnt to a crisp sausage. The crawfish was well seasoned but not worth the irritation of trying to enjoy a meal in an atmosphere where you feel like they don’t want you there.

The food was nicely spiced. Just a warning you have to peel your own shrimp tho. The crab was amazing and absolutely juicy. I will definitely be coming again.

If I was the owner, I’d be extremely embarrassed. Customers waiting 40 minutes for mediocre crawfish in a neighborhood with plenty of great establishments is not great.

Luckily, they seem to have done the marketing right. People driving to eat here seem to be sustaining the business, because you won’t find a single local here that has decent taste in food.

If you aren’t going to serve good food at a reasonable pace, at least tell people how long it’s going to be. Regrettably, you won’t even get that here. Go elsewhere. Several great spots are less 5 minutes away.

Came home to Houston my first stop is Always crawfish when it’s in season . I came here with my mom and friends . The crawfish Louisiana style was delicious. No complaints.. if you Iike seasoned food . DO NOt GeT the gumbo! Too much rice and no seasoning at all. The wings were good . The boudain was good , the shrimp could’ve been cooked in seasoning it was a little bland but the seasoning is on the outer shell very light. Also what is up with people not cooking the potatoes in the seasoning .. stop doing that especially if you’re making a boil. The atmosphere is cool good for watching games. You will be sitting outside . And you order and pay before you seat . Over all I would definitely go back for the crawfish!!

Great crawfish had a potato and some sausages it came out really well you could tell that they were cooked the shrimp were cooked to perfection I highly recommend this. Also the beers are a great deal I think they're 5 to $6 a beer to go with your meal so I think that's a good way to start things.
