I ordered at the wrong location and they refused to refund me or transfer the payment to the correct location. Not very good customer service.

Had 2 meat plate, brisket and sausage, with potato salad and bbq beans. Solid flavor, no complaints. Fast service, we were in and out in 30 minutes, eating in store.

Staff was friendly! Food was good. The macaroni and cheese was cold but everything else was fine.

👎🏻Ordered the “one meat” “one side”.
What I received was a baked potato with tiny chopped brisket on the top that looked like ground beef. I asked the server why and he didn’t know. He took it back and then……I said
brisket and loaded baked potato was my choice. Wow…you get 4 super thin dry brisket slices 2 1/2 inches long along with a large potato. Loaded ? No. A teaspoon of sour cream and shredded american cheese with a sprinkle of chives. It came cold… cheese was not even melted. My husband ordered the “mild sausage” with baked beans. One sliced sausage and a small container of approx. 4 teaspoons of baked beans. Very disappointing since we’re visiting from Miami Florida. Please go elsewhere if you love brisket.

Everytime I walk in they're whole demeanor change, been coming here for at least 6 years, NEVER felt welcomed..I would always quietly walked in to get my food and leave. So one day i decided to get a couple plates for me and my brother..waited in line they decided that they were going to skip me and take the order of a Hispanic girl BEHIND ME. Made SURE I got my food last, when I finally got my two plates. The orders completely wrong..QUIETLY went back in to get my refund and never went back
They OBVIOUSLY don't want BLACK people there. Sad, because the food is good, but my money is not good enough them.🙄 Definitely not going back.

Good food but if I have to stand in line 20 minutes to order my food due to the cashier/to go order/food prep person to do all 3 jobs it's simply not worth it.... hire someone to answer the phone hire someone to take in house orders hire someone to prep food and that will allow me and yo customers more than 10 minutes to eat their lunch....

If you’re a fan of barbecue, The Brisket House is a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of slow-smoked meats fills the air, immediately promising an unforgettable experience. The decor is simple and rustic, which fits the down-to-earth vibe of a classic BBQ joint. But it’s the food that truly shines.

As the name suggests, their brisket is the star of the show. The meat is incredibly tender, with just the right amount of smoky flavor. It has a beautiful bark on the outside and melts in your mouth with every bite. If you’re new, I highly recommend ordering their brisket plate with sides of their house-made potato salad and smoky baked beans.

For those who like variety, they also serve equally impressive ribs, sausage, and turkey. Everything is perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable for the quality you’re getting.

The service is friendly and efficient, even during peak hours. Whether you’re dining in or taking it to go, they maintain a high level of hospitality that makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit.

Overall, The Brisket House delivers a top-notch barbecue experience that lives up to its name. If you love slow-smoked, juicy meats with bold flavors, this place won’t disappoint. Just make sure to come hungry!
