Brisket: delicious 5 stars Turkey: delicious 5 stars Chicken: undercooked and I wish they gave me sliced boneless chicken instead of boned. 2 stars Service: friendly. Greeting was average. 4 stars Ambiance: clean and well maintained. 5 stars Overall: - If I exclude the chicken, this place is 5 stars. The brisket and turkey are far better than the Brisket House closer to downtown. - If I include the chicken, this place is a 4 stars. Aside for the chicken, I like this Brisket House better than the one closer to downtown.

Horrible service. I placed an order and the lady didn't even tell me they lost power. It took me 20 minutes to get over there and nobody thought to call me. She was on her phone when i walked in too.

The meat was okay but I was disappointed with the sides. Please don’t call it “mustard potato salad” if you barely can see or taste the mustard. Also the Mac and cheese was not baked.The PB&J sandwich was great though. ??

Brisket is delicious but 1/3 of mine was inedible pieces of gristly/fatty/chewy that I couldn't even chew or swallow...Catfish (strips) are good but too much breading. Need a grilled option.

Brisket was some of the best I've had. The side of green beans was not great for some reason - they were mildly Crunchy and cold.But overall it was really good - wouls go back for sure.

Clean inside and out (including restrooms), big, open, and great TVs throughout. The menu is huge, and every employee is extremely friendly and helpful on every visit. Quality of food never disappoints, whether it's delivered, in-house. My coworkers and I love to order from here quite often, in particular their baked potatoes and sandwiches.Parking: There is plenty of parking in the back, always, a huge parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp in every area outside and inside the restaurant.

Food was ready and wrapped up . Even asked the Hispanic guy who prepared the food who was digging in his crouch when I was waiting for pick up if the bbq sauce was in the bag and he said yes. Came home to no sauce after spending over 60 for a pound of brisket. I see why they're was only 2 people in the place. Just lost a customer ?
