The place change opening time frequently. From 11:00PM closing to 10:45-10:30-10:20-10:00. And every time I come here, the staff just want to clean and close the store. It looks like this place does not welcome customers. Well, the drink is normal with just flavor and sweetener.

It’s nice. But there’s not many seats or tables just 2. Also it’s kinda cold and chilly. I wish I bought something more warming to wear. But the chairs weren’t as comfy as I’d have liked them to be. The library has comfier ones. Please get better chairs. Hard to relax.

I’ve been seeing this place on doordash for a while and figured I’d stop in. It has a nice atmosphere and decorations, but I’m not a huge fan of the drink quality. I originally ordered the bunny bobo which is basically just a brown sugar oat milk tea. I was told it had the bunny jelly which is why i ordered it (the drink itself was decent though). When received, it did not have it so I asked the cashier if I could get some added or switch out to the drink that had it because of the miscommunication. At first I was told that I wouldnt be able to since they dont switch out drinks (even if you dont like the drink itself) but was then told that they would do it this one time. Once I received the drink with the bunny jelly, it was actually pretty foul tasting and I didn’t enjoy it at all.
I dont think it’s okay to not let people switch out drinks if they dont like it or if they were told it would have something and it doesn’t. I get that remaking drinks costs ingredients, but in most places it is a common courtesy. I don’t think I’ll be coming back due to this because I want to be able to try new drinks without fear of wasting money.
(Replying to owner: I don’t have my receipt and I’m not sure who the server was as I just threw my drinks away. In all honesty, I’m not so mad about the miscommunication, moreso about when I went to ask for a different drink and was told they dont do that and this would be a one time. If you as the owner are telling me something else then maybe all your staff just need to be a bit more informed on your policies.)

My favorite boba tea place, I’ve been here and ordered from here 10+ times and I’ve ordered the Matcha, Lychee like me, the aloe vera boba, strawberry kiwi, and they’ve all been delicious. I recommend everyone to go here and the logo is so cute.

Very cute spot for a nice tea, boba, or slush after dinner! We ordered the Strawberry He He (no cheese) and milk jasmine tea. So much flavor and tasted fresh! Love it here ☺️
