Burgers
The Burger Daddy Burger
1/2 pound Angus beef burger, sausage, bacon jam, melted and juicy grilled cheese, tobacco onions, avocado, and cilantro-based sauce. Regular fries on the side.
El Mero Mero (Mexican style) Burger
6 ounces of patty mix ground beef and spicy Mexican chorizo with a caramelized onion and poblano pepper, avopico, grilled cheese, and roasted jalapeno aioli.
Veggie Daddy Burger
Beyond burger. A 6 ounce 100 percent plant-based patty with based of beets, black beans, brown rice, and cauliflower. Served with tandoori sauce, baby arugula, and zaatar pickles.
YV Daddy (Venezuelan Style) Burger
4 ounce Angus patty beef, 4 ounces fried breaded chicken breast, fried egg, bacon, caramelized onion, grilled cheese, our garlic, and parsley sauce. Served with fries on the side.

4 ounce Angus beef patty with a cheddar cheese slice. Served with small fries.

Enjoyed the burger daddy at Eureka Heights brewery on a fine Thursday evening. One of the best burgers I’ve had this year no doubt. We got a YZ burger and it was worth every penny, and a regular cheeseburger which was perfectly executed. The seasoned fries were not really to my liking, but certainly nothing wrong with them. The regular fries were perfect. Kind of Burger King thickness and texture. Overall I was thoroughly impressed and we enjoyed the burgers a lot.

Couldn't put the darn thing down because I devoured it! Great options for all! Complimented by a beer from Walking Stick too. Looking forward to trying more of Daddy's burger options.

Great service and the burgers are extremely well thought out, flavor wise. Great location by Walking Stick... but can also get food and go to Great Heights Brewing or the distillary across the street. I will be back.
