Experience: Visiting area & like to support local business. After we got our food, we watched the 6 workers go outside for a break, leaving us alone in the dining room. Each one either smoked a cigarette or ate something. When they returned from break, only one lady washed her hands. The floors were clean in dining room & kitchen. Food: I have no idea why the burger is called "big" bc the meat is the size of two krystal/white castle patties. The bun is good quality & was grilled. The toppings were fresh & good quality. The battered onion rings were delicious & fried in fresh oil. Staff: The staff was helpful & friendly. They checked on us often & seem to enjoy their job. Our order was correct & freshly prepared. I'm giving 3 stars as most of this is average in all restaurants. As far as the burger, we wouldn't recommend.
