Had a fantastic burger here! Truffle fires were the perfect compliment as well. I arrived the minute they opened and the manager made my food and couldn't have done a better job. Excellent service as well. I'll be back the next time I'm in the area for sure!

Burger palace is a great burger restaurant that offers wagyu burgers patties. Although it is on the pricy side $14~20 I had the best burger hands down. It is often missed because of the location at the end of the center. Althouh i cannot speak on the negative experiences that other reviewers had, there was no wait whenever I go and the store manger is very accommodating. The staff shows a lot of care to service first approach.

I ordered Wagyu Cheeseburger with Shinner. To me it was 8 out of 10. Would’ve been 9 out of 10 if they put only 2 Jalapeño slices instead of 5. Would’ve been 10/10 if the patty was less salty. Stephanie the server, she is 10/10. The best server experience so far I have!

I recently visited Burger Palace in Houston and was very impressed! The chicken Parmesan burger was amazing and the burger was juicy and flavorful—especially the Akaushi/Wagyu patty, which really stood out. The bun was fresh and toasted just right.
The rosemary-parmesan fries were a highlight—crisp, well-seasoned, and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, even during a busy lunch.
The ambiance is casual but clean, and overall I felt the price was worth it. Definitely coming back!
I ordered a French connection burger and this is not what I ordered. Where are the toppings? No spinach, no basil pesto, barely any sauteed crimini mushrooms, and no sundried tomatoes. For an expensive burger I’m beyond disappointed. Never ordering from here again

Had to wait for 3 other customers to be served who arrived after we did before I was able to get water, even after asking 4 times. We also had to listen to loud bad country twang singing by what sounded like high school kids even with nobody else seated when we arrived and the owner refused to turn the volume down because he enjoyed listening to it himself. I made the mistake of paying and tipping more than 30% in advance when ordering the food thinkimg that I might just take the food to go. I cant believe how unfriendly some places are in the downtown areas, so different than the civilized customer service experiences in the suburbs. Avoid this place at all costs since the owner is the problem and not the staff.
