I had such a great experience at The Capital Grille in CityCentre, and a huge part of that was Skylar at the bar! From the moment I sat down, he was attentive, personable, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. He knew the menu well, made great recommendations, and you could tell he actually cares about the guest experience.
