Waaay slow. Over 50 minutes for food to arrive. It wasn't busy and we didn't order anything unusual. Service was inattentive no progress not quality check was done. A step up from food court but not worth going back.

I made reservations for my birthday. There was no host downstairs to greet us. It felt odd. I sent my drink back it tasted awful. I also was not satisfied with the pasta. My shrimp was as stiff as a board. The pasta was hard. It was not cooked correctly. The waiter was friendly. But only checked in with us once. The food took over 30 minutes to be completed. I also asked for a booster seat for my daughter and never received one. Drab atmosphere. I felt like I wasted 45 minutes driving there. I was so disappointed with the food that I didn’t even order dessert.
Food was good. Service was bad. He didn't even ask what drink I wanted. Bathroom didn't have paper and was dirty.

I got the Alfredo fetch and street corn. Though it made me gassy🌚 was Worth it. So creamy and good and the corn was so sweet and tart like perfect combo. AND THE BREAD my favorite part 🥴

I would have loved to review this place for their food but I can't. I was there last Friday with a relative around lunchtime. I was quickly seated but once I was at the table I received no service. No waitstaff greeted us or even made eye contact or even passed by our table. We left after waiting 15 minutes and after seeing another table sat after us not only get greeted, but was told about the specials and given water. The treatment was such a stark contrast that it was insulting and made us feel as if the lack of customer service was due to discrimination. The experience has honestly put me off on the Cheesecake Factory brand. The only posisitive was the hostess was friendly which is the only reason it would even get a star from me.

love going out to eat and enjoying a pleasant dinner with my family, but today was not a very pleasant day. First, the service; I felt the waiter wasn't focused on his job. He seemed thoughtful and worried. The fish tacos had cold, stale tortillas. Then we went down to the restrooms, and the situation worsened. There was no hygiene; it was dirty in every way.
