I had a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was well-prepared with generous portions. Everything came out fresh and tasty, and of course, the cheesecake was the perfect finish to the meal.
We waited for an hour for bread because our first batch was hard as a rock. Our first server was Carrie who didnt bother to tell us she was leaving (shift change) but our second server Hailey was great.
If there is an oven broke which is what we were told maybe that should be conveyed to the guests so they aren't waiting.

My family and I have been coming to this location for years, and it’s never disappointed. I wanted to give a shout out to Kat, who was our waitress from our most recent visit a few weeks ago. She was absolutely amazing! We had 4 adults and 2 children, and Kat was on top of her game. Not a drink was left unfilled, she was consistent on checking in with us, and even went along with my silly family’s banter. She recommended a few things, and you can tell she truly cared about...
