They forgot our large fried rice… The food was overcooked. The beef sticks and chicken wings were an edible.. if you’re looking for a good restaurant THIS IS NOT IT!!!!
Dietary restrictions: My kids birthday dinner.. all he wanted was fried rice. This is the one thing they forgot in the order.. the rest of the food was absolutely disgusting

I keep looking for a decent Chinese restaurant....this one is definitely not it. Food is barely passable and the service is horrible!! They forgot my rice and would not rectify it. It was just a lot of hassle for not even mediocre food. Try somewhere else.

I only come here for Saint Louis style shrimp fried rice. They do a good job. If you from The Lou this is a cool spot to get some fried rice. I haven’t tried anything else. But the Saint Louis Style Fried rice is decent!

I have been coming to this establishment for many years(10 plus) and I kept coming because the food was always good, and always fresh, and the people were always pleasant either on the phone or in person, but In the last 3 yrs I have seen the food and service go to the dogs. The food is horrible, always taste as if it is old or they are serving leftovers, I only order the shrimp fried rice how do you mess that up? The spring rolls were horrible...How? whom ever the lady is that takes the orders is never pleasant she is always rude, whether on the phone or in person.
Please do yourself a favor and do not eat at this establishment! The customer service is nonexistent. When you call or walk into the restaurant you are not greeted by staff. They charge a 10% fee to eat in the restaurant and charge $.20 for each cup and plate! They do not provide restrooms for paying customers. There responses is "because it's a to go restaurant." Guess what so is "Tiff's treats" and they have clean restrooms for their customers. This restaurant is so dirty is literally falling apart and has mold all over the place. This is Houston and Chinese restaurants are a dime a dozen. Please find any other place that is not this place. 15 years ago it was a wonderful to come and eat. Yes, I've been a customer for 15 years! Now there are new owners and they are truly horrible!

I ordered quite a bit of food for myself tonight! But I just wanna say the delivery driver is good person. I stepped out to run to the corner store because I thought the order was coming later. He called me on the phone as I was already at the store. But he made it a point to wait until I got back instead of just leaving it sitting there..I respect a kind hearted person. And the food was great! All 4 things I ordered was great!
