We were invited to come out to Porky's Food Truck Park to have lunch with some friends and they recommended The Chicken Coop HTX food truck. We were very impressed with the quality of their food. Food is good when they actually have it. I have visited them at porky’s and on several occasions they didn’t have Mac and cheese upon opening. It’s one thing to sell out, it’s another to not have it at all. Kind of annoying to drive there and they not have the item. I’ve also drove other there during their normal business hours and they weren’t open. It would be nice to have a heads up of schedule changes so customers know.
